Job Description :
- Arrange and performs remunerasi’s policy
- Bring off and controls remunerasi’s system and procedure performing, including payment to third party
- Ensuring remunerasi’s implement corresponded to prevailing legislation order
- Bring off and controls facility and subsidy payment for employ
- Arrange and performs employ income tax count
- Arrange and performs payment / deposit to third party as Jamsostek, Pension fund and Health Insurance
- Bringing off industrial’s subjective activity as preparation of corporate regulation, collation and action implement is disciplined
- Make ready and analyses employ budget
- Administering bound up employ data with remunerasi
- Bringing off responsible position evaluation activity
- Bringing off survey activity employs
Qualification :
- S1 in Ekonomi
- Minimal experience 1 year at remunerasi’s area
- Experience at corporate oil and gases
- Maximal age 28 years
- Meticulous , hard working
